New restaurant that is becoming a hot place in Haeundae opened near El Olive restaurant and El Olive garden.
Located near Hyundai I-Park next to Park Hyatt Hotel in Marine city, provides a valet parking service to solve difficult parking problem.(fee : 2,000won)
With casual dining bar on the lower 1st floor and 2nd floor where you can see Gwangan bridge, you can see luxurious and clean interior.
Their main salad is Salmon salad and spinach salad and all foods contain natural spices.
Dry-aging steak with crisp layer and soft inside is also one the special menu in this restaurant.
Jack didn't know what dry-aging was.
So here’s one tip for you.
Dry aging means to dry the steak in low temperature to grill the inside part of the steak. The hard layer of the steak will be removed so that customers can have soft and juicy steak. The only bad part is that the price is a bit high since they have to remove many parts of the steak making the steak small.
Another special menu is the spaghetti. Tomato spaghetti here is different from Spaghetti in other restaurants. Made with olive oil and boiled tomatoes on top, the spegetti looks very light. The carbonara sauce is made in traditional way so if you want to try the real spaghetti from Italy, I suggest you to come to Cabinet restaurant.
Cabinet restaurant is very expensive. Because of matjib travel, Jack’s wallet was getting lighter. Lunch menu and VALUE SET with main L-bone steak was reasonable price for Jack. Jack anticipated dinner menu to be nice too. He told himself to come again to try it once his wallet becomes thicker again.
