40 years of traditional blowfish meal, Keumsoobokguk has become major blowfish restaurant representing not only Busan but Korea. Blowfish soup is the major menu in this restaurant first to develop eastern pot blowfish soup. Bokjiri made since 1970, has a hearty flavor and refreshing taste. Personally, I would like to recommend Bokjiri rather than Bokmeuntang to actually taste Keumsoobokguk. Fried blowfish is also tasty as well as other menus.
There are other branches however, many people says that the major branch is the most delicious place. Recently people from other cities come and enjoys this menu more than Busan people.
I would not recommend this restaurant to people who wants to eat at a quiet place with less people. This restaurant is always filled with people as its fame. But if you want to taste refreshing Bokjiri and various other blowfish menus, its best to come and eat.
