Description
To be honest, I really liked the taste of the rice in Haneulche Gamasot Bapsang restaurant. Unlike western countries eating wheat and bread as their staple food, Eastern countries are rice and have wondered how to make a delicious rice from long time ago.

Many advanced countries have figured it out much earlier but have not passed it to many other restaurants. Recently, no of Korean restaurants that care about making a delicious rice have increased drastically like Japan. People tend to be picky on foods and the food culture has advanced therefore making restaurants care about their side dished even rice. It is a positive sign since rice is as important as side dishes.

You can see from the name of the restaurant, rice is made in gamasot, in caldron. You can find many Korean food restaurants that makes rice in caldron. The difference with other restaurants is that the rice is made on the spot. Using small caldron, the rice is made right on the table. It shows how confident the restaurant is when it comes to the taste of the rice.

The rice is special in this place. Mixing brown and white rice, the restaurant uses 70% refined rice. That is why it’s very digestive and and rich in nutrition. How can rice not be delicious when made this way?

With tasty and sweet scent of the rice together with grilled mackerel, dwenjangjjige, geranjjim, boiled meat, japche, and various vegetables, you will understand why lots of people say this restaurant is great. With more than 10 side dishes served, you will definitely like this restaurant compared to other expensive restaurants in Haeundae.
