Description
Haeundae market, where people visit everytime they come to visit Haeundae beach. There are lots of place to eat inside the market but one place where it’s always crowded is Irreumnan Gijangsan KKomjango.

I visited once before and was not able to eat because of the long waiting list. Not because I wanted to eat KKomjango but I was curious about the place since it is always crowded. The curiousity always drived me crazy and made me visit the place again. The result? Well… I want to say that there will be likes and dislikes about thisplace. You can feel like the old days once you see the interior of this place. With sitting table and clothes left everywhere. If cleanliness is prior to everything else, I suggest not to visit.

How about the taste of the food?
First, you will see them catching the live eel from the water tank in front of the restaurant so you can see that the foods are fresh. I recommend kkonjango that is seasoned if you’re eating for the first time since sogeumgooi can be little too much in taste.

Ordering for 3 is the minimum in this house. 3 can be enough for 2 people. You can eat kkomjango after grilling it in gas range for 5 minute together with gochujang, seasoned sauce, vegetables and garlic.

The side dishes are very simple. With Ssam vegetables, garlic, carrot, pepper and a soup. While waiting for ggomjango to be done, there aren’t anything to enjoy eating. The owner will grill ggomjango for you so you don’t have to worry about when to eat it. The seasoning and the freshness is good but the spice is not spicy and somewhat sweet. People who can’t eat spicy food might like it better but to kkomjango lovers, it can be a bit dissatisfying.
To describe kkomjango and vegetable ratio, some restaurants give too much vegetables in order to give less kkomjongo, but here, they serve enough kkomjango so its satisfying.

The delicacy will be eating fried rice after kkomjango. With leftover seasoning, add powdered kim and rice and try it. Because it might not be enough, I recommend eating fried rice if you want to feel famished.
