Once, Lotte Department Store was the king of shopping mall in Centum City but had major damage in profit due to Opening of sinsaegae department store right beside it. Compared to sinsaegae, Lotte Department store looks small and shabby but regular customers of Lotte still stays at Lotte.

Because of strategical arrangements of all products, many customers prefer to shop at Lotte saying that Lotte is much more convenient to shop. Convenient facilities isstill as good as Sinsaegae so it would be wise to compare both before choosing where to shop.
